The best damned open single-elimination erotica tournament ever!

The plan: 64 authors. 6 rounds. Each author writes one 500 word story per round, posted anonymously and judged in the open by registered judges. Let the hottest author prevail.

Preliminary time-table:

1 October: entries for authors and judges due; fun thematic elements announced (for each round, authors must use X setting or include Y element). 

1 November: 500 words stories due for the first round, brackets announced, stories go early to judges. 

8 November: First story match-ups posted on the Hot-Off blog. Stories posted in pairs: readers know who's in the match-up, but not which author wrote which story. 

15 November: Second round stories due.
